What I do

Are You Ready For A Reset?

Hi, I’m Barbra Jo Batterman, your partner on this exciting journey to self-discovery and success.

“I’m A Reset Coach and an image expert based in Las Vegas, NV. I do what most coaches won’t. I help people grow by activating their good habits so they can increase their energy and project a more confident, attractive self.” For some clients, I start by changing their habits, which changes their mindset; for others I change their mindset, which allows changes of their habits.

Form follows function and we project who we really are

Goals

If you have business or career goals, often the best way is to create a positive habit of success. If you look and feel better because of your new health habits, you will have more energy and look more professional.

Customized Plans

All plans start with an interview. What has worked in the past for you, what hasn’t, what beliefs you have now, and what you want to accomplish all go together. Next, I come back with an initial plan, and a list of links to outside materials that will help you gain a new perspective.

Personal Training

The most important part of exercise is the long-term habit, and the most important part of a long-term habit is the social aspect. I am not a personal trainer. I work with you to create a social plan that will make your new habits, lifetime habits.

Appearance

After over 40 years in makeup and appearance plan adoption, I am still maintaining my appearance-only clients. For my habit coaching clients, I usually defer working on appearance until after you, as a client, begin to feel better about yourself. Appearance includes:

  • Skin
  • Makeup
  • Hair
  • Style (including wardrobe)

Nutrition

Diets always fail. Instead, we create manageable increases in the amount of fresh food in your daily diet. In turn, you will begin to lose weight and develop healthier eating habits.

Sleep

One of the major unrecognized causes of eating calorie-dense food is fatigue. One of the major causes for a lack of sleep is the absence of a routine, including regular exercise. The approach for everyone is different, but by combining healthy eating, routine exercise and adequate sleep, you will be less likely to fall into old habits.

A Little More Action

A LITTLE LESS CONVERSATION A LITTLE MORE ACTION PLEASE Mar 28 I am thinking Elvis had it right when he sang this classic tune, as all talk and no action doesn’t get us anywhere. If there is anything this past year taught us is that life is short, so just do it! As I am…

What folks are saying about Barbra

Best Cheerleader

“What you need to know about Barbra Jo is no one will be a better cheerleader for you, her passion for others success is unmatched. She is insightful, funny and cares. Working with Barbra Jo for the last year has helped me develop a new mindset around health.  Barbra Jo guided me find the courage to make some small and large changes and to stick with it to make them good habits. The key is Barbra Jo doesn’t make the choice or decision for me, instead she helps me look at the choices in an open-minded way. And along the way has taught me to not take myself too seriously. Through a lot of planning and conversations we had a plan and target and achieved it. “ — Debbie Isaacs

A True Life Coach

Barbara Jo recently gave me a makeup tutorial, but really, she did so much more than that. After a year in lockdown, I’d all but forgotten how to do my makeup. Now that we are getting back to normal, I needed some inspiration and help to get glammed up again. Barbara Jo went above and beyond to give me a full face makeover. She showed me step by step how to bring out my best features and gave me a list of all the products to recreate the look at home. She’s not just a makeup artist. She’s a life coach. I highly recommend going to see her if you’re stuck in a rut and need that push to get back on track.- Alix C
